Carlington offers a wide variety of services and programs for seniors in our community. From medical care to housing support to exercise groups, Carlington offers a welcoming and supportive environment for seniors to learn new things, meet new people, improve their quality of life, and have fun!

A choir program for persons over fifty-five, no audition required, all you need is a love of music!

Seniors Advisory Group
Through the Senior’s Advisory group, you can help provide guidance on program priorities and needs, and help make your community a better place.

Primary Care Outreach
The Primary Care Outreach to Seniors program works in collaboration with health professionals and other agencies to reduce isolation and support high risk seniors (aged 65 and above) living at home.

Living Well With Chronic Pain
Two six week workshop series are offered, Chronic Disease Self-Management and Chronic Pain Self-Management. These workshops are designed to help you better manage a chronic condition to live a healthy life.
