For children and their mothers who report the experience of woman abuse. Breaks the cycle of violence and helps children and mothers build safety in their environment. Helps children heal from the experience of witnessing violence.

Counselling for adults, couples, families and groups. Counsellors can help with a variety of issues, such as: healthy relationships, experiences of trauma and abuse, addictions, anxiety and depression, family stressors, coping with loss, etc.

Social activity group for adults with mental health challenges, in partnership with The Royal (games, arts & crafts, etc.)

Friday afternoons 1:30 to 3:00 p.m.

Bi-weekly support group for women. Topics are identified by participants and focus on healthy living.

Counselling sessions are tailored to the youth's individual needs and address a variety of topics, such as: anxiety and depressions, family stressors, coping with loss, anger management, healthy relationship or self-esteem.
