Carlington Community Health Centre plays a vital role in the community it serves.  The Centre offers innovative outreach programs and community development initiatives, as well as a number of rewarding volunteer opportunities. 

Community Garden
The Carlington Community Garden is currently closed. If you are interested in working with a group of community members at the garden's new site, please contact Andrea at (613) 722-4000, ext. 325
Good Food Box
The Good Food Box orders fresh fruits and vegetables in bulk from trustworthy wholesalers and producers so customers save. Orders can be placed at Main Reception at Carlington or online at www.ottawagoodfoodbox.ca. Orders are due the second Monday of the month, pickup date is the third Wednesday.

Community Development Framework
If you want to be involved in your community, there are many choices! Join in with the Free Wheeling Bike Program, Leadership Skill Development, and much more! Dates and time vary.

Employment Aid/Support
Employment counselor available to those who are seeking work. Computers, a fax machine, a photocopier, and phones are available for free during centre hours to help you in your employment search.

Market Mobile
Ottawa Public Health’s “Market Mobile Bus” delivers affordable fruit and vegetables to communities in the city without easy access to healthy affordable foods.

Millennium Learning Centre
