Cooking Class
Educational activity with focus on increasing cooking skills, nutritional knowledge and social interaction.

Mondays 1:30-3:00pm
Held at Carlington Community Health Centre

                       
Voice Studio
Expressive arts class that gives participants an opportunity to sound, move, sing, express themselves and perform.

Tuesdays 1:30-3:00pm
Held at the Bronson Centre, 211 Bronson Avenue

 

Healthy Lifestyles Class
Social/recreation class with focus on increasing physical activity, social contact and wellness.

Wednesday 1:30-3:00pm
Held at various locations throughout the city

Please note these classes are only for clients that are registered with the ACT team
